You have finish your First level? Know how to go and come back? Now we´ll teach you how to control your drifting by siling upwind, we´ll start with beachstart, harness and footstraps, plus how to carry the gear and rigg a sail…On plus we are going to work a lot on correcting the body position, preventing injuries and making yourself use just the energy enough, so this is traduce in more time in the water to practice.
This course takes between 2 and 10 hrs. by the 6th hour you have autonomy to rent gear so you will have the opportunity to practice what is learned during the course… more practice by your own will accelerate the inproving in the lessons.
