In this course we´ll give you the basics of the sport, for the future, when you practice Windsurf, you enjoy, improve and sail safe.

The Beginner Course o Windsurf Baptism takes 2 hrs. After a lot of clients and experiences we found the way to make this lesson atractive, funny and easy. We know we should emphazise more in the Theory or in the meteorology, but that way it´s not so funny, so we decided to make your first clase as longer in the water as possible, so we have programed the course:
1º Equipment preparation, learn how to transport it properly.
2º Theory about wind direction and where it posible to sail depending on that, learn how to uphaul the sail and to do it correctly to prevent injuries, small warm up and what to do in case of emergency or finding us in trouble.
3º First Balance exercises… the lesson starts been fun.
4º Refresh how to uphaul once in the water.
5º Practice (1hr 20 min aprox.)
6º Clean and packing everything, we know its not fun but you need to learn how to maintain the equipment.
Now we are ready to do our next step forward, maybe you found the first lesson hard… but we guarantee that with a good base and exercising what you have learned the sailing becomes easier and funny… Welcome new Windsurfer!!
